I read an article about your children and princesses...?
Your 6 year old daughter apparently should hate princesses and barbie dolls and girly things. It teaches your daughter that she can have the princess life, that she can have whatever she wants. It supposedly teaches kids that glamour and mkaeup and being pretty is important.

Honestly, being obessed with princesses and barbies when your a little kid isnt going to make you crazy or spoiled or bratty. It's part of growing up when your a girl. Honestly, since when have princesses and barbies been the problem?

I think kids should be able to choose what they play with.
when i was little I played with both boy and girl toys and I turned out great, but my sister did the same and she is just .... well I can't say.
so I don't think its toys thats the prob.
I just think parents are trying to find someone or thing to blame so that if there kid does grow up to be shallow and dumb they can say well its cause i let them play with this or I let them watch these shows.
a kids biggest influence are ppl their own age.
so unless you want to stop them from going to school and hanging out with dumb shallow ppl then they are going to be what they are going to be.
