i have been on the official web site for bratz but my daughter cant join as it is in usa
Well, the fan club's not ONLY for US. What they actually mean is only US residential could get Bratz freebies so all you need to do is leave the address part blank, untick the 'get Bratz free gifts or something', and you're ready to go! The fan club lets me in even if I'm a Malaysian(but trust me, i feel sad for not eligible for the freebies). Hope this helps
